Quick 'n Easy Sugar Cookies

Today, Shangela + their Partner-in-Crime Jessica cooked up their first recipe, sugar cookies!
According to the recipe, the cookies were supposed to be edible after twenty-five minutes. Ours took...around two hours?! If we'd baked them by ourselves, in our own quiet, neat kitchens, the time would have been reasonable. So we don't recommend this recipe if you are short on time and you're with friends who like to shape dough into their favorite middle-school teachers.
Overall, the baking process was: Easy, yes! Quick? Erm...it wasn't so quick for us!

So you must be wondering, after all this time, how they turned out.
Actually, the ones that we made seriously (the balls of dough that were actual spheres) came out of the oven exactly like the picture shown on Allrecipes.com, surprisingly (; And they tasted decent. Golden brown and firm on the outside, warm and chewy on the inside. In other words, it was a masterpiece for us amateur bakers!

Ravenous Rating:
Best drink pairing: Cold orange juice from Trader Joe's. Or perhaps just a simple glass of ice water - anything that quenches your thirst from all the sugar!
Next time, Shangela would: probably use less sugar? ;)

Thank you, Allrecipes.com!

Hey!
I see how it is. Shangela, not Algela? Haha, just kidding. You guys are great (:
Dude, I just posted a long comment but I didnt' enter in the "word verification" thing so my comment couldn't get posted. How sad. So I'm retyping right now. Man, when you guys grow up, you'll be opening a patisserie and I'll go there and I better get FREE delicacies and pastries. I'll help promote your wonderful bakery by standing outside and passing out flyers, shouting "COME AND TRY THE DELICIOUS, BESTEST PASTRIES OF ALL TIME!" Hopefully, they won't run away. XD
